These Terms of Use govern your use of https://texascountymap.net (the "Site"), operated by Colton Boudreau as Texas County Map, Austin, Texas. By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may view, download and print maps and pages from the Site for personal, educational, classroom, journalistic and internal business use, free of charge. Teachers may make classroom copies of our printable and blank maps.

2. Attribution and republishing

If you republish a map or substantial excerpt online or in print, please credit "Texas County Map (texascountymap.net)" with a link where possible. You may not resell our maps or text, present them as your own, or copy the Site wholesale. County boundary geometry is derived from public-domain U.S. Census Bureau data and remains free for anyone to use; our cartographic design, text and compilation are protected by copyright.

3. Accuracy and no professional advice

We work hard to keep information accurate, but the Site is provided for general reference only. Boundaries shown are cartographic representations and are not legal surveys. Do not rely on the Site for legal, tax, property, emergency-response or official jurisdictional decisions — confirm with the relevant county or state office. Information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas County Map and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
